How the questions are built
Every question describes a situation you want to reach. So ‘yes’ is always the safe answer. Each measure has a priority: recommended, important or do first. The priority decides how much it weighs in your score. Some questions only show up if you have staff or run a larger company. Our method and sources are on the about page.
